At Brunchy Exports, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and Homoeopathic medicines delivered safely to your doorstep. Due to the nature of medicinal products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards for our returns and refunds process.
🔁 Return Policy
For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used Ayurvedic or Homoeopathic medicines.
However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
The product arrives damaged or leaked.
The product delivered is incorrect or not as described.
The package is lost in transit and never delivered.
📌 In eligible cases, we will provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
💰 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your order is not delivered within 15 days from the date of shipment.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery (with proof).
The parcel is lost during transit.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method (PayPal).
📸 Proof Required
To approve damaged/incorrect product claims, please send:
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Order number and name

⏳ Maximum reporting time: Within 48 hours of delivery.
🚫 Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
The delivery failed due to wrong or incomplete address entered by the customer.
The customer refuses to accept the parcel.
The product was opened, used, or tampered after delivery (except damage cases).
📦 Replacement Option
If eligible, customers can choose:
Free product replacement, OR
Full refund
Replacements are shipped with free express shipping.
⌛ Refund Processing Time
Once a claim is approved, refunds usually take:
3–5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account.
